The usual protocol of ringing in the morning coupled with a seawatch usually results in one or the other coming up trumps as the weather conditions are rarely conducive for the both. Today certainly favoured the latter as Simon got a "KRYDS" in the form of a Manx Shearwater (Almindelig Skråpe) flying south. Further noteworthy additions to the seawatch included four Fulmars, 228 Gannets, and a 1st winter Caspian Gull loafing about on the beach picking up shells.
